Qualileo is a visual inspection system that compares sample objects, e.g. good parts, with test objects. All deviations / defects are automatically detected in comparison with the taught-in sample objects (good parts) and highlighted in the image and an inspection decision / defect classification is displayed.

MultiLight - controllable lighting system in modular design
Measurement objects can be illuminated from 16 different directions.
The ViScan video-optical sensor is an optical probing system for Zeiss coordinate measuring machines. With the ViScan optical probe, optical measuring tasks can now be carried out on a coordinate measuring machine in addition to tactile ones.
It has a mechanical connection on a freely movable measuring arm. Via the latching rotary-swivel joint (Zeiss RDS), ViScan can take almost any spatial position in relation to the measured object and is therefore suitable for measuring complex parts.
The PipeScan surface inspection device is used for inline quality assurance of plastic pipes. The inspection device is easy to operate, very robust and can be used directly in a production line. The system are designed for two diameter ranges from 9-32 mm and from 40-110 mm, on request also pipes up to 125 mm can be covered.
